• Structured grammar points from JLPT N5 to N1 levels
• Progress tracking and learning analytics
• Subscription-based premium content

To use Gramaru, you must:

• Be at least 13 years of age
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

You may not share your account with others or use others' accounts.

Free Tier: Gramaru offers a free tier with access to limited grammar points and basic features.

Premium Subscription: For full access to all grammar points and advanced features, a paid subscription is required.

• Subscription fees are billed monthly
• Payments are processed through secure third-party providers
• You can cancel your subscription at any time
• No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service's security or functionality
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Use automated systems or bots to access the Service
• Share your account credentials with third parties

All content provided through Gramaru, including but not limited to grammar explanations, example sentences, exercises, and the spaced repetition algorithm, is the intellectual property of Gramaru or its licensors.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Gramaru does not guarantee that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Learning results are guaranteed for all users
• All content is completely accurate or comprehensive
• The Service will meet your specific requirements

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gramaru shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the Service
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our Service
• Any bugs, viruses, or other harmful code
